Job summary

Centrus Energy Corp. is seeking an electrical equipment-focused professional to assist in designing motor control centers, switchboards, and panelboards, while preparing detailed electrical documentation and contributing to testing, commissioning and troubleshooting activities.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in a related role, familiarity with industrial control panels and low-voltage power distribution, and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or an equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on experience in an electrical technician, junior designer, or similar role.
• Familiarity with industrial control panels, motor control centers, and low-voltage power distribution.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Support design, layout, equipment selection, and analysis of motor control centers, switchboards, panelboards, and other power-distribution systems.
• Prepare electrical documentation, support protection and control implementation, and contribute to compliance, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and project reporting.
