A New York–based MEP consulting firm is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design electrical systems across various projects. Qualifications

  • 3–8+ years of electrical design experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
  • Strong understanding of power distribution, lighting, and code compliance required.
  • Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • PE license (or on track) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design electrical systems for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
  • Develop construction documents, load calculations, and one-lines.
  • Coordinate with mechanical, plumbing, and architectural teams.
  • Support BIM/Revit coordination and clash detection.
  • Participate in client meetings and project delivery.
