Job summary

Kinetic Pressure Control in Texas seeks an Electrical Engineer to design, test, and support electrical equipment across full lifecycle. You will interface with clients for onsite commissioning, troubleshooting, and modifying existing designs to meet requirements.

This role requires 5+ years in engineering, knowledge of oil and gas, PLC and HMI experience, and strong English communication. Travel domestically or internationally may be required; MS Office proficiency essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering.
  • Experience in Oil and Gas industry and MoC systems.
  • Willingness to travel domestically or internationally.
  • Strong English communication and teamwork in small groups.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, commission and support electrical systems across full lifecycle.
  • Design, write and configure software and hardware for equipment.
  • Review engineering design packages and ensure quality standards.
  • Provide field support for commissioning and troubleshooting (local & remote).
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot PLCs, instrumentation, and control systems.
  • Mentor junior engineers and drafting personnel.
  • Create and maintain hardware and software documentation.
