Job summary

Textron is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer III in Maryland to support the design, integration, testing, and deployment of advanced test and training simulators. This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with full-time onsite work and travel.

The successful candidate will support the full product lifecycle, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure mission-critical solutions. Responsibilities include designing electronic assemblies, testing prototypes, and preparing technical reports, along with providing customer support as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance, preferred TS/SCI security clearance.
• Proficiency with electrical design tools and hands-on experience building electronic assemblies.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and document electronic assemblies and system components.
• Develop custom cable designs and produce detailed drawings.
• Maintain internal material databases and asset tracking records.
• Build, inspect, and test prototype and production assemblies.
• Collaborate with teams throughout the development lifecycle.
