Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in appropriate area of specialization or related discipline from an accredited college/university and six (6) years of experience performing engineering duties in designing, constructing, and testing aircraft, missiles, and spacecraft; and conducting basic and applied research to evaluate adaptability of materials and equipment to aircraft design and manufacture; or a Master's Degree in Engineering in the appropriate area of specialization or related discipline from an accredited college/university and four (4) years of applicable experience; or a PhD in Engineering in the appropriate area of specialization or related discipline from an accredited college/university, and two (2) years of applicable experience.

Required Qualifications:U.S. Citizen. Must have or be able to obtain a DoD security clearance. Proven experience with PCB layout and schematic capture software. Solid understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles. Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Desired Qualifications: Familiarity with MIL-STD-461, 464 and 810. Master's degree in Electrical Engineering. Experience with high-speed digital design, signal integrity, and power integrity analysis. Familiarity with Dewesoft, Quartus, and VHDL. Experience with embedded systems and microcontrollers.

Duties:Design, develop and test analog and digital circuits for high vibe, acoustic, temp and EMI environments. Create and manage PCB layouts, schematics, and fabrication files using EDA/CAD software (e.g., Altium Designer, AutoCAD Design etc.). Collaborate with the team to develop and refine requirements. Conduct design reviews and simulations to ensure designs meet performance, reliability, and manufacturability requirements. Develop and execute test plans for validating and debugging prototypes and production hardware. Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including specifications, test procedures, and reports. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in existing products. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices in PCB design and electrical engineering.
