Raytheon in McKinney, TX, seeks an Electrical Engineer II - Production Support to join a high‑mix production team. You will troubleshoot CCAs, modules, and test sets, interpret schematics, and support production cost, schedule, and performance objectives throughout the product lifecycle.

The role requires a STEM bachelor’s, 2+ years in electronics, and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance. Onsite work with access to advanced test equipment is provided.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• A minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience with electronics and electrical circuits as well as ability to isolate failures to root cause.
• Experience reading & interpreting drawings and electrical schematics
• Experience with lab equipment such as multimeters, signal sources, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers
• Experience working on a production program or manufacturing operations.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance post-start is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

The Airborne RF Electronics Electrical Engineering Department empowers people to deliver innovative, affordable, and producible products and technologies to support airborne Radar solutions throughout the full product lifecycle while remaining accountable for program execution cost, schedule, and performance. We provide best in industry technologies that align product capabilities to the needs of our customers and end‑users. As an Electrical Engineer II - Production Support, you will be part of a team of highly talented engineers that work on highly complex Radar products and test sets. You will be working as a member of a production support team and under the guidance of an Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) in McKinney, Texas.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
