Job summary

Affiliated Engineers, Inc. seeks an Electrical Engineer I for its San Francisco office for Summer 2027. Qualifications

BSEE or BSAE from ABET-accredited school in Electrical or Architectural Engineering.
Minimum GPA of 2.5.
Non-academic internship experience preferred.
Leadership in student organizations is a plus.
EIT certification (FE exam) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Perform load calculations and determine system sizing and layouts.
Calculate equipment sizes, select equipment, and complete field surveys.
Review equipment shop drawings.
Lead electrical project teams as experience grows, write specifications, and participate in meetings.
Support construction-phase work and client communications.
