Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC in Rock Hill, SC is seeking an entry level Electrical Engineer I to work on electrical system design and instrumentation and controls. You will develop engineering design documents and calculations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support nuclear product design in a hybrid onsite/remote setting.

You will report to the Manager, Electrical Engineering and may travel to client sites as needed, gaining hands-on experience at the Rock Hill facility.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.

About the role:

As an entry level Electrical Engineer I, you will work independently using basic knowledge obtained from core college courses. Projects will focus on engineering design for nuclear products, electrical system design, instrumentation and controls design. You will hone your skills in the development of engineering design documents around calculations and specifications.

You will report to the Manager, Electrical Engineering. This role is located at our Rock Hill, SC facility. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, blending remote flexibility with regular on-site collaboration at our Rock Hill, SC office.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $58,400 to $73,000 per year.
