Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Experience in Functional Safety (SIL) and ATEX Intrinsic Safety (Ex‘ia’) is a plus.
• Experience with PCA layout is required, Altium preferred.
• Ability to test designs to specification.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, modifies and evaluates electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment and/or other hardware systems.
• Develops test strategies, devices, and systems.
• Plan and implement research methodology and procedures to apply principles of electrical theory to engineering projects.
• Analyzes equipment to establish operating data and conducts experimental tests.
