Job summary

Constellation Energy seeks an Electrical Engineer to support reliable, sustainable power generation and distribution. In this role, you will design, analyze, and maintain plant and grid-connected electrical systems, including switchgear, transformers, protection schemes, and control systems.

You’ll prepare drawings, studies, and technical reports; support commissioning, testing, and root-cause analysis; and partner with operations and project teams to improve reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with power systems and electrical equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and maintain plant and grid-connected electrical systems (switchgear, transformers, protection schemes, control systems).
• Prepare drawings, studies, and technical reports for projects and operations.
• Support commissioning, testing, and root-cause analysis to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Partner with operations and project teams to drive reliability improvements and energy efficiency.
