Job summary

Moffatt & Nichol is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our Walnut Creek or Oakland office. This role involves supporting the planning and design of general electrical engineering projects including power distribution, lighting, and grounding systems.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, at least 2 years of related experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit. We offer a competitive benefits package along with a base salary of $45.00 to $60.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience or Master's degree and entry-level experience.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit required.
• All new hires must pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Support electrical designs for various projects.
• Assist project managers with calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Evaluate project scopes and assist in quality control processes.
