The Electrical Department handles low, medium, and high voltage projects, including Arc Flash, utility, industrial power systems, street lighting, and substation design for municipal and industrial clients. The engineer will develop design plans, provide on-site inspections, and review cost estimates while supporting internal department needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equal.
• 2+ years' experience working in the electrical engineering industry.
• Experience with low or medium voltage projects.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical design plans and contract documents
• Provide on-site inspection services
• Ensure completeness of the design related forms and reports
• Develop and review cost estimates and calculation of construction quantities
• Oversee layout and/or review plans
