Job summary

BRPH is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design medium- and low-voltage power systems, develop construction documents in REVIT, and perform comprehensive electrical calculations for diverse projects. The role includes mentoring junior staff and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of NEC and local building and energy conservation codes.
• Proficiency in REVIT, SKM Power Tools, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft OneNote.
• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum 5 years of Architecture and Engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer license or EIT certification in progress.

Responsibilities

• Design medium-voltage and low-voltage power distribution systems and prepare one-line diagrams.
• Prepare load calculations and layout electrical equipment; produce construction documents in REVIT.
• Perform electrical calculations (short circuit, voltage drop, transformer sizing, etc.).
• Conduct photometry for lighting and perform energy analyses.
• Visit construction sites and perform construction administration duties.
• Support QA/QC and mentor junior staff.
