Poutrix in Dallas, Texas, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design for multiple concurrent data center projects. Responsibilities include design leadership, serving as the engineer of record, and support in proposal efforts.
The ideal candidate has a BS in electrical engineering, 8+ years of experience, and expertise in power distribution and telecom systems. A comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance and PTO, is offered along with a competitive salary range.
As an Electrical Engineer you will lead the electrical discipline of multiple concurrent data center projects through pursuit, proposal, design, and construction phases. You will be responsible for leading design efforts, serve as the engineer of record, and teach other electrical staff specifics of data center electrical design.
In addition, you will support proposal and business development efforts, working with project teams, other senior and junior engineers, project managers, and clients designing power distribution, lighting, telecom and fire alarm systems on various projects.

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $80,461 - $142,718. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
