Ready to take your electrical engineering career to the next level in a fast-paced, hands-on environment?

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with strong expertise in electrical and control systems, including power generation and distribution equipment. This role works closely with engineers and production teams to develop and maintain production documents, improve processes, and implement new designs and design changes in collaboration with customers.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you’ll contribute to product innovation, process improvement, and customer success.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer designs for manufacturability.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and production to develop harness and electrical panel designs per customer specs.
• Provide documentation support: generate manufacturing procedures, review supplemental drawings, BOMs, and wire charts.
• Manage projects: plan, coordinate with sales/production, and help establish production startup resources.
• Analyze current processes and recommend/implement improvements.
• Research and specify components based on customer needs.
• Support sales and production teams on existing products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in electrical harness design/development.
• Experience with electrical system design tools (HarnWare, AutoCAD Electrical, Creo Schematics, Zuken E3, VeSys, etc.).
