Job summary

TechniPower, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineer to work on-site in the Wauwatosa, WI area. The role involves collaborating with engineering, architectural staff, and clients to develop electrical concepts and designs and execute them across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• 0-5 years of electrical design experience.
• Lead and develop the electrical team; coordinate with architectural team and field staff.
• Provide leadership, drive process improvements, build client/subcontractor relationships.
• Working knowledge of the National Electric Code.
• Basic familiarity with Revit modeling and drafting.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

I have a client located in the Wauwatosa, WI, area that has an opportunity for an Electrical Engineer If you or any of your colleagues are interested in discussing this role,

In this role as an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for collaborating with our engineering and architectural staff, outside consultants, and clients. You will need to develop engineering concepts and designs and help execute them accordingly between each team. You will need to provide input during the plan review/permitting process. You'll need to be accessible to contractors and field staff to answer questions.

This position is a DIRECT HIRE role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked ON-SITE.

Qualifications

• 0-5 Years of Experience in Electrical design experience
• Bachelor's degree in management, engineering, or business is preferred.
• Must Be able to lead and develop the electrical team, communicate with the architectural team, overseeing department, budgeting, backlog, and field and office operations.
• Provide leadership, drive process improvements, build relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• A working knowledge of the National Electric Code.
• Basic familiarity with Revit modeling and drafting ability.
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft preferred.
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills .
