Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field with 6+ years of experience.
• Master's degree in electrical engineering or related field with 4+ years of experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or similar methodologies is a plus.
• EMC or power electronics certifications are advantageous.

Nightwing is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, analysis, and implementation of electrical systems and components. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electrical engineering principles and hands‑on experience with complex systems. In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in electrical engineering principles, including circuit design, power distribution, and signal processing.
• Hands‑on experience with simulation and analysis tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, or SPICE.
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, AGI32, and SKM
• Extensive experience with renovation and new projects for commercial, government, and institutional clients
• Ability to design, analyze, and test analog and digital circuits.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as IEEE, NEC, or IEC for compliance and safety.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving system‑level issues.
• Effective communication skills for preparing reports and presentations.

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with renewable energy systems and energy efficiency practices.
• Experience with PCB layout and design tools such as Altium Designer or KiCAD.
• Understanding of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and interference mitigation.
• Experience in designing systems for harsh or specialized environments (e.g., aerospace, defense).

Education and Experience Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field with a minimum of 6 years of experience, or master's degree in electrical engineering or related field with a minimum of 4 years of experience. Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable. Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or similar methodologies is a plus. EMC or power electronics certifications are advantageous.
