Job summary

Associates Systems LLC seeks an Electrical Engineer with 5+ years of experience to design electrical systems for commercial buildings. The role includes leading a team, client interaction from start to finish, and responsibility for resource management, scheduling, and budgeting.

• Projects include car dealerships, carwashes, commercial laundry, c-stores, healthcare facilities, industrial offices, institutional, religious facilities, restaurants, schools, and universities.

Ability to manage a portion of a project and/or the whole engineering team assigned to a project a plus . This candidate will be put in a position of responsibility and given the opportunity to lead a team and interface with the client from start to finish of a project. This position will be responsible for employee resource management, time management, and budget analysis.

This is a full-time permanent position with healthcare/dental/vision insurance for employee and family paid 100% by the company, 401K retirement plan with 50% company match up to 8%, long-term disability, life insurance and the option to work nine-hour days with every other Friday off. $5000 of tuition assistance available annually to include college degree programs, professional certifications, and advanced licensure along with associated prep courses and exam fees.

Annual end-of-year bonuses are also awarded as up to 4 weeks of salary based on performance

Salary range 85-110K/yr DOE
