KYYBA Inc is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead engineering projects in manufacturing settings. You will review drawings, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and coordinate with contractors and engineers.

Ideal candidates bring BS in Engineering, 3+ years PM experience, and knowledge of industrial power distribution, PLCs, and safety standards. Long-term opportunities with client hire possible.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years experience in project management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• 2+ years of Technical Drawing experience.
• 2+ years in Industrial Power Distribution/System Design.

Responsibilities

• Investigate project feasibility, scope, schedule and budget.
• Create scope of work, bid package and project specifications.
• Review technical drawings, provide feedback, negotiate changes.
• Evaluate electrical power systems and safety compliance to codes.
• Collaborate with Safety Compliance Contractors and engineers.
• Coordinate installation with skilled trades and equipment manufacturers.
• Develop countermeasures for project delays and milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Investigate project feasibility, scope, schedule and budget
• Create scope of work, bid package and project specifications
• Review technical drawings, provide feedback, negotiate changes
• Evaluate electrical power systems
• Evaluate electrical and safety compliance to local and national codes
• Collaborate with 3rd party Safety Compliance Contractors
• Evaluate Power distribution/breaker size/Amp draw/SCCR/Panel Loading
• Specify/Confirm electrical components for industrial equipment
• Collaborate with multiple groups to design and install equipment and meet project milestones
• Supervise contractors in a green-field or brown-field work environment
• Coordinate installation with skilled trades, affiliate companies, engineers and equipment manufacturers
• Develop countermeasures for project delays for timely project completion

Required Skills:

• BS In Engineering, Technical Trader Certification or equivalent experience
• 3+ years manufacturing environment
• 3+ years project management
• Microsoft Office Software proficient
• 2+ years Technical Drawing experience
• 2+ years Industrial Power Distribution/System Design

Preferred:

• BSEE
• Automotive paint process experience
• Ability to understand and calculate utility cost
• Understanding of PLC operation & programming (Toyopuc, Omron, Allen-Bradley)
• Understanding of PLC communication (FLNet, EtherNet)
• Understanding of OT/IT networking
• NFPA 70E/77
• OSHA 10/30
