Arconic is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our Hot Rolling Department in Davenport, IA. This role focuses on applying technical skills to coordinate capital projects across the Plate department from start to finish.

You will mentor other engineers and work with technical staff, maintenance, and production in a self-directed, collaborative environment. Primary reporting to the Lead Electrical Engineer with daytime hours, with off-shift support as needed.

Job Summary:

This Electrical Engineer is a great opportunity to apply your technical skills while coordinating numerous capital projects across the Plate department from start to finish. This role is driven by self-directed work and collaborative efforts with a team of Electrical Engineers, Technical staff, maintenance, and production across the department. As a seasoned Electrical Engineer, you will serve as a mentor to other Engineers, including new hires and interns.

The Electrical Engineer reports to the Lead Electrical Engineer in the department and will work Monday through Friday during daytime hours. You will support off-shifts as needed for your respective projects.
