As an Electrical Engineer at Elveo, you will function in many roles to use and expand your knowledge of electronics and PCB design. You will be given ownership of your project through the complete hardware development cycle. Along the way you will be responsible for circuit design, schematic capture, and layout of complex PCBAs. These boards often contain some combination of high-speed digital signals, high power DC-DC converters, and analog circuitry. You will also be collaborating with RF engineers in the design of boards containing RF circuitry. We are a small team, and emphasize rapid iteration as part of our hardware development lifecycle. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in an interdisciplinary team, engaging in system-level design discussions, and taking ownership of individual subsystems as an individual contributor. Candidates should also have experience or interest across a wide breadth of electronics disciplines, and should be comfortable working in both a design and laboratory environment, and have experience designing systems intended for harsh environments. Experience with satellites is not a requirement for this position. We welcome candidates across experience levels, from exceptional early career to seasoned engineers; title, scope, and compensation scale with experience.
