Job summary

Fairway Staffing Solutions in Cerritos, CA is seeking an electrical engineer to design, test, and maintain electrical systems to support manufacturing operations. This role ensures safe, efficient performance and compliance with NEC and other standards.

Responsibilities include creating schematics, troubleshooting production equipment, performing system testing, collaborating with engineering, maintenance and operations, and supporting installation of equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• 2+ years of relevant engineering experience (manufacturing experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control circuits, PLCs, and instrumentation.
• Ability to read and create electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with industry standards and electrical codes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.

• Create & maintain any internal facing documentation, specifically for Technical Support team.
