Job summary

Vital Materials is seeking an electrical engineer to lead electronic design on prototype and product development for radiation detection instruments and medical imaging systems. You will own schematics, layouts, and BOMs, and communicate progress to leadership and R&D partners.

This on-site role requires a higher degree in electrical engineering, high-speed analog/digital circuit design, and experience with SPICE, DSP, and FPGA/embedded firmware.

Qualifications

• Higher degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with high-speed analog and digital circuit design.
• Experience in medical device and imaging system design and development.

Responsibilities:

• Own electronic design on prototype and product development of radiation detection instruments and medical imaging systems.
• Manage product electronics’ schematics, layouts, and BOMs.
• Communicate progress and achievement status to leadership, R&D partners, and others.

Skills and Experience:

• High-speed analog and digital circuit design.
• Medical device and imaging system design, prototype, and development.
• Schematic design to PCB layout.
• Simulation software such as SPICE is highly desirable.
• Signal conditioning and DSP skill is a plus.
• FPGA/Embedded system design and firmware development is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• A hands‑on individual who works well in a team environment.
• Bi-Lingual in Mandarin and English Strongly Preferred
