Vaco Cincinnati, on behalf of a fast-growing engineering firm, is hiring Electrical Engineers for an on-site role in Mason, OH. This Direct Hire position offers the chance to work on carbon-free energy solutions and contribute to projects for Fortune 500 energy companies.

The team is expanding rapidly, with engineers joining monthly, and you will collaborate across hardware design, PCB, and analog electronics while growing your skill set in a startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited program).
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience (open to early-career engineers who want to grow).
• Mindset of professional growth, curiosity, and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Must have experience in at least one of: hardware design, PCB, electronics testing, or analog circuits.
