Job summary

Team 360 Staffing seeks an Electrical Engineer to design, test, and improve electrical and electromagnetic components. You will gain hands-on experience and training under the Technical Director, working Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, in Adelanto, CA.

You'll collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and other departments, review customer specifications, and travel to customer sites and trade shows as needed. Bachelor's degree and 3+ years' experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of electrical engineering experience.
• Knowledge of electromagnetic systems, transformers, or power electronics.
• Experience with COMSOL or Ansys Maxwell preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication in English; Spanish a plus.
• Hands-on testing and prototype development experience preferred.

Position Overview

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to support the design, development, testing, and improvement of electrical and electromagnetic components. This position offers hands-on engineering experience and specialized training under the guidance of the Technical Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, test, and improve electrical and electromagnetic components.
• Support research and development, prototype testing, and manufacturing process improvements.
• Analyze technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and identify root causes.
• Review customer specifications and provide technical support.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and other departments.
• Prepare technical documentation and ensure product quality and safety standards.
• Travel to customer sites and trade shows as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience.
• Knowledge of electromagnetic systems, magnetic materials, transformers, inductors, or power electronics.
• Experience with simulation software such as COMSOL or Ansys Maxwell is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English. Spanish is a plus.
• Hands-on testing and prototype development experience is preferred.

Additional Advantage: Experience with softcore magnets, electromagnetic systems, or electrical component manufacturing.
