Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to interpret assembly drawings and basic blueprints.
• Proficiency with basic hand and measuring tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Basic shop math skills are expected.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical enclosures, sub-panels, and related components per SOPs and drawings.
• Install sub-panels and hardware, including screws, nuts, handles, latches, gaskets, and related parts.
• Inspect finished products for defects and cosmetic quality before delivery.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, and production schedules.
• Perform quality checks and report defective materials or issues.
• Complete required production paperwork accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and tool readiness.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Carry out other duties to support production needs.
