Job summary

You will read standards, operate test equipment (spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators), prepare concise reports, and collaborate with engineers and program managers.

Qualifications

• Read, understand, and apply technical Electrical Safety & EMC standards toward testing programs.
• Good Laboratory Practice skills essential for testing products.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and teamwork.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel; email correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Read, organize, and execute testing programs for various materials and assemblies.
• Interpret electrical safety standards (CSA, UL, IEC, etc.).
• Collaborate with account managers and clients to meet testing timelines.
• Perform testing, data recording, and reporting for ELE & EMC.
• Maintain lab equipment and calibration records.
• Assist with test fixture construction and lab duties.
