Lincoln Tech in South Plainfield, NJ seeks an experienced Electrician or Low Voltage Electrician to serve as the Education Supervisor for a new Electronic and Electrical program. You will lead campus management efforts to advance Lincoln Tech's mission of providing superior education in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, recruiting and training faculty, and ensuring student satisfaction and retention while maintaining program resources and equipment inventory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as licensed Electrician or Low Voltage Technician/Electrician.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• 2+ years of teaching experience, preferred.
• 1+ year(s) of management experience, preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise staff, monitor work processes, and conduct classroom observations.
• Recruit, select, orient, and train faculty.
• Develop staff professional and personal growth opportunities.
• Manage faculty schedules and monitor absenteeism.
• Provide excellent student service to achieve student satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain inventory of all equipment, book supplies, training aids, and course materials within the respective program.
