Job summary

A leading engineering and professional services firm seeks a skilled candidate to provide technical and design support for electrical design projects in Charlotte, NC. This role involves working on various project types, coordinating with teams, and ensuring adherence to company standards. Candidates should have a relevant educational background and more than five years of electrical design experience. The expected salary range is $55,000 - $70,000 annually, along with performance-based bonuses and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Five plus years’ experience in electrical design, specifically in power distribution and lighting.
• Experience in Federal/Municipal Government, Healthcare, and/or Aviation is preferred.
• Must be a US Citizen and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design efforts on large and small projects.
• Coordinate with engineering and other disciplines on the project team.
• Provide field support including field verifications for retrofit applications.

Skills

Proficiency in Revit

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Working knowledge of National Electrical Code

Flexibility in project tasks

Education

High School Diploma or Associates Degree

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology
