You’ll balance quality, cost and schedule while collaborating with a wide range of partners to bring concepts to production. This role offers ownership of complex tasks, exposure to advanced engineering tools, and opportunities to influence both standard and custom designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Distribution transformer design experience (internship experience considered).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Experience collaborating across teams and functions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver electrical designs on time and to quality expectations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to keep projects on track.
• Participate in design reviews and technical discussions.
• Support the development of special and custom designs.
• Identify and lead improvements to engineering processes and products.
• Define and document requirements for system enhancements.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of tools and solutions.
• Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
