Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with schematic capture, circuit simulation, and PCB layout software.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in electrical and electronic circuit design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing technical documentation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams in a fast-paced R&D environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical and electronic engineering technical expertise to support device research, development, and delivery activities.
• Utilize schematic capture, circuit simulation, and PCB layout tools to design, evaluate, and optimize electronic circuits and components.
• Develop detailed design and interface specifications for software, mechanical, and systems engineering teams.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems to ensure functionality, reliability, and compliance with design requirements.
• Partner with manufacturing, contract developers, and quality teams to ensure design robustness, proper testing, and alignment with design control processes.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design reports, work instructions, change control records, and development plans.
• Provide regular design-related updates and technical opinions to senior management to support project integrity and decision-making.
• Support verification, validation, and risk management activities to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
