Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field(s).
• 5 years in engineering and/or a related technical/professional field.
• Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education/experience.
• Extensive knowledge of technical programs and/or engineering programs.
• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining standards and procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and an exemplary attention to detail.
• Demonstrated knowledge of building systems (e.g., HVAC, lighting).
• Valid CA driver's license with a minimum of 2 years' driving experience; DMV Pull Notice System.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction on project operations, including assessment, design, planning, scheduling and budgeting.
• Interprets regulations and ensures compliance with federal, state and local rules.
• Performs energy audits, analyses, cost estimates, and prepares standards and specifications.
• Coordinates site activities, leads data collection, field visits and reports preparation.
• Reviews consultant designs and supports system operability, occupant comfort and energy performance.
