Position

Electrical Design Engineer

Summary

We are seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to design and develop electrical circuits and control systems for custom equipment and welding machines. The role involves close collaboration with mechanical designers and manufacturing engineers to build complete systems. The engineer will also perform wiring work and occasionally travel to customer sites for installation and on‑site construction.

Essential Duties

• Design and develop electrical circuits and control systems for dedicated and welding equipment.
• Collaborate with mechanical design and production teams to complete equipment development.
• Support wiring, testing, and troubleshooting during equipment assembly.
• Travel to customer sites for installation, inspection, and commissioning work as needed.
• Respond promptly to questions or design issues during the manufacturing phase to ensure on‑time project delivery.

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Full-time)

Qualifications

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of electrical circuit design.
• Understanding of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Mitsubishi, Omron, or Keyence PLCs, including ladder logic programming.
• Knowledge of 6-axis articulated robots such as FANUC or Yaskawa.
• Experience with automated welding systems and familiarity with various welding equipment and power sources.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with mechanical and production engineers in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and hands‑on technical ability.
