Tata Consulting Engineers in Houston is seeking a seasoned Electrical/Instrumentation & Controls engineer to support day-to-day project operations for gas-based thermal power projects. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain project organization tools in Microsoft 365, build reports, and drive process harmonization. Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, Salesforce.com, and data analysis is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Support Day-to-Day Project Operations: assist the project team in executing daily operations, ensuring alignment with the operations strategy and maintaining process rigor for customer integrated customer solutions.
• Utilize strong planning skills to organize tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Employ influencing skills to foster collaboration and drive cross-functional teamwork across various departments.
• Develop and streamline project organization processes in collaboration with other teams to ensure seamless integration and operation.
• Manage/ build/ maintain project organization DT tools – most built on Microsoft 365 platform
• Build reports from the project organization tools with analysis
• Actively support project organization continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead efforts in process harmonization across customer business units to ensure consistency and streamlined operations.

Experience
