Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an Electrical Crew Leader to plan, organize, and supervise crews for mission-critical electrical work. You will ensure high-quality installations, enforce safety protocols, and maintain up-to-date drawings and tool inventories in a fast-paced field environment.

The role requires 6+ years in the electrical industry with a high school diploma or GED, or 4+ years with an associate degree. On-site work in Virginia with competitive benefits and overtime potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 6+ years in electrical industry.
• Associate degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
• Able to read drawings and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Organize and schedule crews to complete work orders.
• Ensure high-quality installation and perform QC inspections.
• Maintain as-built drawings and update master records weekly.
• Inventory tools and equipment and track usage daily.
• Report accidents or incidents within 24 hours and follow procedures.
