Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assemble custom electrical control panels and related components based on schematics, blueprints, and written procedures.
  • Read and interpret electrical prints, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings to ensure accurate panel construction.
  • Perform panel layout, component mounting, wire routing, labeling, and final assembly activities.
  • Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete assembly tasks.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and correct assembly issues as needed.
  • Maintain an organized, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
  • Assist with inventory organization and material preparation for upcoming projects.
  • Communicate project status, material needs, and potential issues to supervisors.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance assembly efficiency and quality.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and customer deadlines.
