Qualifications

• Experience with controls, building automation, industrial automation, instrumentation, or related systems.
• Project management experience appropriate for the role.
• Ability to read control diagrams, electrical drawings, specifications, and sequences of operation.
• Strong technical coordination, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commissioning and system-integration experience is beneficial.
• Electrical construction background is highly valuable.

Responsibilities

• Manage controls projects from planning and procurement through installation, startup, commissioning, and closeout.
• Coordinate control panels, devices, instrumentation, power requirements, communications, and interfaces.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, schedules, change orders, procurement, documentation, and financial performance.
• Coordinate with field teams, controls technicians, programmers, engineers, vendors, and customers.
• Review drawings and sequences of operation for scope, constructability, and interface requirements.
• Track testing, startup, commissioning, punch-list, and turnover activities.
• Identify integration risks between electrical, mechanical, controls, and owner systems.
• Maintain strong customer communication throughout project execution.
