Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on electrical-controls or industrial automation experience; 3–5 years ideal.
• PLC programming experience including Ladder Logic; Allen-Bradley preferred.
• Electrical CAD design experience in AutoCAD Electrical or ePlan; schematics and drawing revisions.

Responsibilities

• Create electrical designs, BOMs, and CAD drawings for equipment and projects.
• Modify and troubleshoot PLC programs; use Ladder Logic with established templates.
• Support machine startup, controls integration, sensors, HMI, motion, and VFD-related applications.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production to diagnose root causes and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with vendors and engineers to carry projects from design through implementation.
• Bring curiosity and practical problem-solving to a fast-moving environment.
