Apollo Technical has an immediate need for an electrical controls engineer in the Elgin IL area.

This is a full-time direct hire position:

Duties:

1. Develop PLC and HMI application software for various equipment & systems.
2. Develop clear and functional electrical, pneumatic, and software designs.

Requirements:

1. BSEE Electrical Degree or related equivalent experience.
2. Experience configuring, programming VFD's, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC’s), HMI control, instrumentation.
3. Experience with some of the following: Rockwell Studio 5000, Rockwell FactoryTalk View Studio, SQL, Ladder Logic.
4. Experience with AutoCAD electrical OR AutoCAD is preferred.
