Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electricians in the field, reinforcing project schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Coordinate electrical assignments, including installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Provide technical guidance and help field personnel troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
• Conduct regular work-site inspections and reinforce compliance with OSHA regulations and safety policies.
• Work closely with project managers and clients to support successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including work orders, equipment records, and inspection reports.
• Train and mentor field technicians, providing coaching and development where skill gaps are identified.
• Stay current with electrical codes, regulations, and industry developments.
