Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC seeks a seasoned project leadership professional to oversee electrical construction site work, coordinating labor, schedule and resources across multiple projects. You will supervise on-site teams, align with project managers, ensure adherence to safety standards, and drive continuous improvement using LEAN methodologies.

Ideal candidates possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 10+ years in electrical construction, strong leadership and strong analytical skills to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, construction management or related field is required.
• Extensive knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA, NFPA 70E, etc.).
• Strong leadership, analytical, financial acumen and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead project site work activities and supervise on-site teams to meet labor requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers to schedule labor and resources and maintain project profitability.
• Develop and implement site utilization plans and crew sizes for multiple projects.
• Oversee daily construction activities and ensure work conforms to specifications and schedules.
• Collaborate with engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors to resolve issues and improve methods.
• Promote safety and LEAN practices across project sites and provide coaching to staff.
