Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction management or related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of electrical construction experience with project management responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plans, and specifications.
• Experience managing commercial and/or industrial electrical projects.
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling software: Procore, MS Project, Primavera, Bluebeam.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and contract documents.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute electrical construction projects from award to completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, manpower plans, and procurement strategies.
• Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, inspectors, and vendors.
• Oversee field supervision.
• Review and manage project drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIs.
• Monitor job costs and manage change orders.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and safety regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Manage material procurement, equipment scheduling, and vendor relationships.
• Enforce safety programs.
• Oversee project closeout.
