Qualifications

• 5 years of verifiable field experience.
• Complete knowledge of current electrical codes.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings.
• Knowledge of jobsite safety requirements.
• Proven computer proficiency with technical applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as Company representative to existing customers.
• Manage existing projects including submittals and reporting.
• Meet with crews to review production schedule.
• Interface with General Foreman to ensure adherence to plans.
• Develop estimates through site visits and meetings.
• Accomplish construction objectives by planning and monitoring.
• Prepare projects by verifying estimates and specifications.
• Resolve problems to complete construction projects.
• Assist PMs with materials and equipment orders.
• Provide construction progress reports.
• Understand and enforce regulations to avoid legal challenges.
