Job summary

You will lead model‑based coordination, produce precise layout deliverables, and drive prefabrication strategies to maximize efficiency.

Candidate should have BIM/VDC experience, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with project teams, ensuring constructability and on‑time project delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a relevant field; robust technical grounding preferred.
• Experience with BIM, VDC, constructability reviews, and model-based coordination processes.
• Proficiency with construction technology platforms and electrical project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop installation plans, work packages, and construction strategies to improve productivity.
• Produce and maintain layout drawings, installation details, and field-ready documentation.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, general contractors, and trade partners to resolve conflicts.
• Support prefabrication and modular construction to enhance labor productivity.
