Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and practices.
• Strong computer proficiency, especially in technical applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as Company representative to existing customers.
• Manage existing projects including reporting and accountability.
• Meet with teams to confirm production schedules.
• Interface with site crews to ensure adherence to work plans.
• Develop project estimates through site reviews.
• Provide construction progress reports based on budget data.
• Ensure compliance with regulations to avoid legal challenges.
• Coordinate with PMs regarding materials and equipment orders.
