Qualifications

Responsibilities
Act as Company representative to existing customers.
Manage existing projects including reporting and accountability.
Meet with teams to confirm production schedules.
Interface with site crews to ensure adherence to work plans.
Develop project estimates through site reviews.
Provide construction progress reports based on budget data.
Ensure compliance with regulations to avoid legal challenges.
Coordinate with PMs regarding materials and equipment orders.
