  • Experience with commissioning test equipment (meggers, multimeters, relay test sets, power quality analyzers, etc.).
  • Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (NEC, NFPA 70E, IEEE, NETA).
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and one‑line diagrams.
  • Strong safety mindset with current OSHA 10/30 or equivalent training.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Prior commissioning experience on hyperscale data center projects or mission‑critical facilities.
  • NETA certification (Level II or higher) or equivalent (e.g., NICET, Journeyman Electrician license).
  • Experience with data center power infrastructure including redundant UPS, generators, and busway systems.
  • Knowledge of PLC/controls troubleshooting and SCADA systems.
  • Proficiency with commissioning management software (e.g., CxPro, Procore, or similar).
  • Technical degree or trade school certification in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field.
