Job summary

The position requires at least 5 years in marine electrical combat testing, experience with test procedures, lock-out/tag-out, and the ability to coordinate with AGEIS Test Team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in marine electrical combat testing and system activation.
• Experience working with test and activation procedures.
• Experience working with lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Ability to work with outside AGEIS Test Team.

Responsibilities

• Safety Leadership: Champion BIW safety culture and enforce all safety standards and procedures across operations.
• Project Execution: Lead execution of Electrical construction activities to support ship/unit schedules.
• Monitor the quality of work performed; ensure first-time quality through proper oversight and training.
• Mentoring & Team Development: Mentor mechanics by developing their technical knowledge and ability to execute daily objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in BOS principles and productivity enhancements.
