Qualifications

• Strong mathematical aptitude to support component and systems design.
• Clear communication and coordination skills across project teams.
• Associate degree or coursework in computer technology, drafting and design, integrated arts, animation and modeling, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Draft and develop electrical construction documents in Revit MEP under the direction of project engineers and designers, including plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and details.
• Produce and revise CAD based drawings from redlines and supervisor direction while maintaining office drafting standards.
• Perform basic electrical calculations and material take offs to support design accuracy.
• Coordinate documents and drawing changes with other engineering and design departments to keep project teams aligned.
• Conduct site surveys as directed to capture as built electrical conditions for incorporation into drawings.
• Research and organize product selections using manufacturer information and examples from past projects.
• Support production plotting efforts and flag drawing changes that affect other team members' work.
