Job summary

Eracore is seeking an Electrical BIM specialist to manage and support the development of BIM models for US projects. Daily work includes using Revit, Navisworks and Bluebeam, performing clash detection, preparing reports and BIM execution plans, and mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Electrical BIM model development.
• Perform clash detection and ensure quality standards.
• Mentor BIM team members and coordinate with disciplines.
• Prepare BIM documentation including reports and plans.
• Daily use of Revit, Navisworks and Bluebeam.
• Improve workflows and modeling methods as needed.
• Communicate clearly with client BIM teams throughout the project.
