Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed electrical BIM models using Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, or Navisworks
• Coordinate electrical systems with other trades to resolve conflicts and clashes
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings with project stakeholders and contractors
• Produce construction-ready coordination drawings and shop drawings for electrical systems
• Ensure BIM models comply with BEP standards and owner requirements
• Support project teams with modeling and documentation throughout the lifecycle

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed electrical BIM models using software such as Revit, AutoCAD MEP, or Navisworks
• Coordinate electrical systems with other trades (mechanical, plumbing, structural) to resolve conflicts and clashes
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and collaborate with project stakeholders, contractors, and engineers
• Produce construction-ready coordination drawings and shop drawings for electrical systems
• Ensure BIM models comply with project BEP (BIM Execution Plan) standards and owner requirements
• Support project teams with modeling and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in BIM coordination, preferably with a focus on electrical systems
• Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, conduit routing, and construction documentation
• Experience with clash detection and multi-trade coordination workflows
• Ability to read and interpret electrical construction drawings and specifications
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced project environment
